You retain full ownership of all content generated through our platform. All writing pieces, drafts, synopses, character descriptions, and any other creative materials produced using our tools belong entirely to you. We do not claim any intellectual property rights over your generated content, and you are free to use, distribute, license, or sell your work as you see fit.
We strongly encourage you to export and download your content as often as possible. You can export via the Export button next to each project title on your dashboard, the Final Draft section of any project, or the Settings tab > Full Export for a comprehensive project download.
Your subscription grants you access to our platform and its features for the duration of your billing cycle. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate a subscription if we observe systematic misuse of the platform, including automated scraping, attempts to circumvent usage limits, generating illegal content, or activity that degrades the service for other users.
Before cancelling, we recommend exporting all of your projects first. To cancel: click your profile icon in the top-right corner, select the Subscription tab within your profile settings, and click the cancellation button.
