Bam You Got Writings is an AI-powered writing and content creation platform that allows subscribers to generate, refine, and review written content including articles, ad copy, and other written materials.

3. Subscriptions & Billing

Access to the Service requires a paid monthly subscription. Your subscription will automatically renew each month on your billing date unless cancelled beforehand.

All payments are processed securely through Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring monthly basis.

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period, and no partial refunds are issued for unused time.

4. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

You must be at least 18 years old to use this Service. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this requirement.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Generate content that is illegal, defamatory, harassing, or abusive
• Infringe on the intellectual property rights of others
